Steven Seagal
Steven Seagal was one of the biggest action stars of the 1990s. Unlike Tom Cruise or Sylvester Stallone though, Segal did not have staying power. For a time he worked as a deputy sheriff in New Mexico, but has now turned up as a Russian citizen. Segal lives in Moscow, where he is best friends with Vladimir Putin.
